General

We use borosilicate glass, also known as hard glass.

For Singaporeans, you can use your Culture Pass to purchase it on the Klook platform. If you do not have Culture Pass, purchase can be made on our booking site here.

While durable and heat-resistant, items made from borosilicate glass should still be handles with care to avoid breakage.

Wipe gently with a wet tissue to clean any dirt that may have accumulated on the pieces.

Avoid dropping or exposing the items to direct heat, such as near open flames or direct afternoon sun.

All purchases are strictly non-refundable. For workshops, we will allow for one rescheduling 72 hours prior.

Workshop

It will be 2 hours long, with fixed time allotted to each process based on the type of workshop you are attending.

As beginners, it is necessary to understand the nature of glass and be familiar with specific techniques beforehand. The guided workshop is meant to help you get the basics. As such, there will be no deviation from the intended workshop.

No, all workstations are single-use. To guarantee a safe, quality experience and dedicated access to the torch, each purchased slot is for one participant only.

The catered time is sufficient for one flower. You may explore purchasing open studio credits to explore your creativity.

Participants must be 16 years or older to book a workshop. We also advise senior citizens to self-assess their vision and motor capabilities to guarantee a safe and comfortable experience at the torch.

Please drop us an email @ enquiries@gurasuhouse.com to express your interest. Indicate your booking email address and preferred time slot, and we will get back to you within one working day.

Please take note that you must first complete a Gurasu House Beginner Workshop. The Intermediate workshop is designed to significantly expand your skill set, and the successful completion of the beginner level ensures you have the foundational safety and handling skills needed to follow through the lesson.
